Why are you prices so high?

All of our products are sourced from all around the world. Because of this many costs are implied per unit such as but not limited to shipping, customs import fees, and other various forms of overhead. 

We maintain some of, if not the lowest prices compared to our competitors, and general market value when considering exotic beverages and snacks. 

However, we understand that some are snacking on a budget, and we are constantly innovating to bring prices down, whether that means changes in the supply chain, or daily operation, we are doing our best daily to bring customers the best prices on exotic and regional sodas and snacks.

Where do you source your products?                                                             Muela Munchies works very closely with a range of vendors all around the world. We are constantly working together to develop ways to get products to customers cheaper, faster, and with more efficiency. 

Are prices per case?                                                                                             All pricing is per individual unit, whether that be a single soda, bag of chips, or other snack. Any exclusions will be addressed in item descriptions.

I have a request for a snack?                                                                                     Shoot us an email through the contact form, or a direct message on Instagram and we will do our best to source it for you if possible. 

I have a special request for my order?                                                                   Add it to the comment section at check out.             

I have an issue or need to cancel my order?                                                         Please email us at Muelamunchies@gmail.com and someone from customer support will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you. Our support hours follow our regular business hours during business days (this means no weekends or Mondays). If you shoot us an email outside of these hours, we will respond as soon as possible! 

What does the Muela Munchies subscription box entail?

  • Our boxes are packed with drinks and snacks, many times exceeding the price of the box itself. 
  • We send the same box to every customer each month, allowing us to make sure you are not receiving too many repeat items. 
  • Subscription boxes will sometimes include items specifically bought for our subscribers, meaning you will get exclusives not otherwise available in store or online!
  • To cancel your subscription please email us at support@muelamunchiesgmail.com before your next shipment date and we will cancel your order. 
  • All boxes are nonrefundable unless we are provided with a pivotal circumstance and are considered a case by case situation. 

Here's how the logistics work:

  • Please, keep in mind, one time purchases will ship out immediately, and are not subject to all applicable details regarding monthly subscriptions.
  • All subscription charges process the same day you made your first order every month.
  • Shipping is not included in the price of the box. We made this decision to allow our customers that want their boxes immediately to choose faster shipping options, as well as to allow customers on a tighter budget options for slower shipping speeds.
  • Once a subscription is prepaid, there is no way to cancel your subscription. Please be sure the selected time period for a subscription will be a solid choice for your situation. 
  • We will retry your card three times over a period of three days for any failed transactions. After this your subscription will automatically be canceled. Orders with failed payments will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS                                                                                               Where do you Ship?                                                                                                       We currently offer shipping options to all 50 states within the United States.              

How much does shipping cost?                                                                             All shipping prices are returned using the respective carriers APIs to ensure the most accurate shipping cost. We do cap small orders that are able to be shipped USPS priority at a couple of flat price points to help curb some of the shipping costs for our customers.

We will refund all over-payments due to shipping, as we are constantly working on our algorithm to bring cheaper shipping rates to our customers.

We offer free shipping to orders over $59 and under 100Lbs in total weight.

Please keep in mind, we will use boxes on hand and available for any orders requiring us to do so.

How do we ship product?                                                                                           We use wrap for all glass products. When packaging soda and snacks together, we will always fill all additional space with packing peanuts or bubble wrap to ensure things do not shift and damage your snacks. For larger orders of chips and snacks with large amounts of beverages, we will always do our best to ensure all snacks and drinks go in separate packages.

Please Note: As the weather heats up every season, it becomes more difficult to guarantee chocolate and other melt-able goods will arrive in good condition. If temperatures in your location, or throughout transit are above 73 Fahrenheit, goods may arrive slightly damaged. At temperatures above 82 Fahrenheit, the products are susceptible to melting in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping. Please refer to our full return policy for more info regarding returns and damages. 

Shipping Times: Our processing period is defined as 3-5 business days except Mondays and Holidays. Shipments go out everyday that pickup is offered by the carrier, except Mondays. For USPS this means pickups are Tuesday through Saturday, as the post office does not operate on Sundays. For UPS this means pickups are Tuesday through Friday, as UPS does not conduct pickups on the weekends.

Tracking Number: Tracking numbers will be provided at shipping date via email.
